Honors Bestowed
All right, I'll admit it. When I first created this website (and it was still a teeny-tiny infant version of the monster that it's become today), I applied for awards. I applied for a lot of awards. And you know what? I got rejected more than I ever won anything. But the experience was always worth it because I got a lot of really great, honest feedback about my site that helped me improve it as it grew and changed. Since then I've gotten lazy and disinterested when it comes to award schemes, and I haven't ever applied for any for quite some time now. But sometimes really nice people send awards my way unsolicited. And I'll still display all of the awards that I've won here, since I'm still proud of them.
