  Where to Buy Goodies

Still hungry for more? Luckily for you, the plethora of Sailor Moon merchandise out there is pretty much endless. Although Starlights-related merchanside is sometimes hard to find, searching is half the fun!

Where to start searching? Try Ebay. Just type "Sailor Starlights" into the "search" field and click.

The interesting thing about Ebay is that the particular combination of words and spaces that you use in your search inquiries is exactly what determines the outcome of your search results. While browsing through Ebay for Starlights merchandise, you should be sure to type in a variety of different inquiries. Do try:

Sailor Stars
Sailor Lights
Sailor Starfighter
Sailor Star Fighter
Seiya
Sailor Star Maker
Sailor Starmaker
Taiki
Sailor Star Healer
Sailor Starhealer
Yaten
or any variety of mixing and matching the above terms.

Your other best bet for Starlights goodies is Yahoo Japan auctions. If you live outside Japan, you will have to use a proxy bidding service (Rinkya, Celga, or any dozens of others) in order to bid on items. But it's worth it.

Finally, anime conventions are another great place to search for goodies. Most of my collection of Sailor Moon merchandise was bought at various anime conventions.

Here's a list of some of my favorite online anime stores, all of which do or have carried Starlights merchandise at some point in time. The availability of Starlights merchandise tends to fluctuate on a day-to-day basis, so be sure to search thoroughly before you get discouraged.

Good luck with your search!

Where to Buy Anime, CDs, Manga

Just because this is worth repeating here:

I provided links to trustworthy distributors of Stars anime fansubs on this page of this section. Links to places where you can buy Stars soundtracks are provided on the Discography page. Links to places where you can buy Sera Myu merchandise are included on the Sera Myu section.

And I repeat: Don't buy fansubs off Ebay. It's a foolish, easy way to get ripped off. Cheap, excellent-quality fansubs are easily available from the reliable fansub distros I have linked on this site.

Japanese manga and artbooks are easy to find, and the manga especially should be available at just about any import manga store, whether online or perhaps in your own neighborhood (if you're lucky enough to live near an import dealer!). English translated manga can nowadays be found at any run-of-the-mill chain bookstore in the U.S. If you live near a Waldenbooks, Barnes and Noble, Brentano's, or Borders, they can order English manga for you if it's not already available on their shelves. You can also buy English manga off this website, in affiliation with Amazon.com, on this page.
