Chapter 9: Who is Chibi Chibi?  A New Enemy Too!
	"Animates," said Galaxia.  She held a bunch of Star Seeds in her hand.  
"Yes?" Two new minions, Aluminum Siren and Lead Crow, stepped up to her and bowed.  
"You two are my next hope for finding more true Star Seeds," said Galaxia.  "We are 
at your service, madam Galaxia," said Aluminum Siren.

	Meanwhile, Rei, Minako, Makoto, Usagi, and Ami were sitting by a fountain.  
"So Galaxia is the enemy's boss?" asked Makoto.  "Haruka-san says the Sailor 
Starlights are enemies too," added Ami.  "That's not true!  They always help us beat
 the enemies," said Usagi.  "But they are aliens.  They appear to be on our side, 
but they might one day take us to a weird spaceship and brainwash us!" exclaimed Minako.
  "You've just been watching too many crazy movies," retorted Rei.  "Minako-chan might
 be correct," said a voice.  Setsuna was standing near them, holding an ice cream bar.
  "You need to be careful around the Starlights," she warned.

	"Why does everyone think the Starlights are bad?  They help us," said Usagi.  
She and Luna were sitting on the bench, after the others left.  "You are too gullible,
 Usagi.  They're just trying to keep you safe," said Luna.  Just then, an umbrella 
flew by, and a little red-haired girl ran after it.  Usagi, being helpful, caught the 
umbrella, and gave it back to the girl.  "Here you go.  You're cute," said Usagi.  
"Chibi!" said the girl.  Usagi, looking confused, started for home, with Luna following
 her.  She met her mom, Ikuko, at the door.  "Usagi-chan!  You left your new little 
sister, Chibi Chibi!  You're a bad sister!" scolded Ikuko.  "My sister?!" exclaimed 
Usagi, thoroughly shocked.  "I have a new aunt?!" asked Chibi-Usa, who entered the room,
 also shocked.

	Later, Usagi, Chibi-Usa, Minako, Makoto, Rei, and Ami were looking for Chibi 
Chibi, who had disappeared again.  "I wonder if she really is your sister," pondered 
Makoto.  "Maybe she's your sister, Chibi-Usa-chan," suggested Rei.  "I see!  I'll have
 a second child," said Usagi.  "That's not what's going to happen," said Setsuna, 
sneaking up behind them.  "Really?" asked Ami.  "Small Lady, you will not have a 
sister.  This new girl is suspicious, Usagi-chan.  You shouldn't trust her so 
easily," said Setsuna.  "But she's a little girl," said Usagi.  Then she noticed 
everyone but Chibi-Usa was gone.  "Let's look for Chibi Chibi some more, okay," 
said Usagi.

	As if by a lucky chance, they saw a police officer talking to Chibi 
Chibi.  "Hey!  Police!  That's my sister!" called Usagi.  It was Yaten!  "You have 
another sister, little pinky?" asked Yaten, addressing Chibi-Usa.  "Little pinky?  
My name is Chibi-Usa!" shouted the offended little girl.  "Well, Cheebee Oooosaahh, 
take her," said Yaten, walking off.  "Hey!  Why are you in a police officer's 
outfit!?" called Usagi.  "And don't pronounce my name like that!" added Chibi-Usa.  
"We were supposed to do it as an idol job," said Yaten, giving Chibi Chibi to them.  
"A job?  Well then, part of the job of a police officer is being polite," said 
Usagi.  "Hey, I'm not a real officer!" retorted Yaten.  "Yaten.  You are forgetting 
that a police officer's job is to be a kind helper," said the chief of police.  He, 
Seiya, and Taiki, all dressed in police uniforms, approached them.  

	Unfortunately, Aluminum Siren and Lead Crow approached him.  "You have 
something I want!" shouted Aluminum Siren, chasing him down the sidewalk.  Frightened,
 Seiya ran away, and her sisters chased after her.  Then Setsuna showed up, just in 
time to see his Star Seed extracted.  "Are these new enemies?" she asked.  "Yeah, 
and we all need to transform!  Moon Crisis Power!" shouted Chibi-Usa.  "Moon Eternal
 Power!"  "Pluto Crystal Power!"  "Make Up!"

	"Stop right there!  You are attacking a policeman whose job is to protect!" 
shouted Chibi Moon.  "We won't forgive you!" added Sailor Pluto.  "Agents of love 
and justice, pretty Sailor Senshi, Sailor Moon!"  "Sailor Chibi Moon!"  "Sailor Pluto!"
  "In the name of the Moon..."  "We shall punish you!" they all said.  "Hello, I am 
Sailor Aluminum Siren!"  "And I am Sailor Lead Crow!"  "Go play with the phage, 
ladies!" called the two villains, as they left through a magic telephone booth just 
as Iron Mouse had done.  "This is the law!" shouted Sailor Cop, the phage, shooting 
an energy blast at the girls.  "Star Sensitive Inferno!"  A ball of fire intercepted 
the energy blast, and the Starlights were seen, standing on the top of a building.  
"Sailor Moon!  Stop the phage!" shouted Star Healer.  "I can't!  It's on top of me!" 
squealed Sailor Moon.  "Dead Scream."  "Pink Moonbeam Blaster!"  The two attacks shot
 at the phage, allowing Sailor Moon to get up and turn it back into a police officer.
