Yaten's True Love by Jessica As Yaten walked carelessly down the street, all the girls that saw him came running after him. He kept walking as if he didn't notice them following him. All that he could think about was Minako and how he could have been so stupid, as to letting her go. She was his life and he couldn't think about anything else, except her all day. All of a sudden he turned around facing the girls that were following him and screamed: Stop following me you star-crazed girls! Looking hurt and heartbroken they all turned around and hurried back to what they were formally doing, while Yaten just kept walking as if nothing happened. *~*~* Minako was punching in a pillow at her in her apartment. How could I just walk out? I'm so stupid. Yaten how could you let me out of your life? She seized what she was doing and walked out of her bedroom in a daze, her vision blurred by the hot stinging tears. She made herself a cup of herbal tea and sat down at her dining table. She took the package of cookies that Makoto had made her the night before and unwrapped it. As she ate them she thought of how Makoto was like a motherly figure in all the scouts lives. Oh Makoto if you were only here so we could talk. You are the only one who truly cares how I feel. Minako walked over to her coffee table and picked up her diary and pen. She sat back down at the table and began to write. Dear Diary, Why did I ever leave Yaten? I was being so selfish and taking my problems out on him. He never did anything to me. He loved me and what do I give him in return? A break-up. He probably won't even acknowledge me if I try to apologize. I wish I had the courage to tell him that this was all a big misunderstanding. Makoto would sit here and listen to me pour out my problems even if she didn't have the answer. She'd try to comfort me and help me get through it, even if I thought I wasn't going to make it through this problem. She's there for everyone all the time. I wonder how she always manages to be in the right place at the right time? Minako had forgotten that she gave Makoto an extra key to her apartment and at that moment Makoto bursted in and said: Is there anything you want to talk about? And suddenly Minako burst into tears and told Makoto all about her and Yaten's break-up. At the end of the conversation Minako finally stopped crying and told Makoto that all she wanted to do was to be able to love Yaten again. "Minako, when the time is right you'll know when to tell him you love him again," Makoto said. At these words Minako suddenly became calm. She looked frigid as in shock, but at the same time her eyes reflected love and happiness as never before. All of a sudden all the scouts burst into Minako's apartment. "Hey, we heard from Yaten that you broke up with him, what's up," asked Rei with concern in her voice. "Oh, it's nothing," said Minako while staring into space. "There's got to be something wrong because I thought you said just last week that you knew he was the one for you," said Rei with sarcasm. "Well feelings change and mine already did. There's nothing you can do to get me back with Yaten, I just don't love him anymore," said Minako with a surge of anger. "Oh okay," said Rei. After that the group fell silent. *~*~* Without noticing where he was going Yaten walked right into Haruka. "Oh sorry," said Yaten putting his head down trying to hide the tears that were trickling down his face. "Watch where you're going and pick up your head," demanded Haruka. As soon as Yaten lifted his head Haruka asked him what was the matter. He said it was nothing, but Haruka wasn't convinced. She told him to come with her back to her house and they would talk over lunch. As Haruka and Yaten were walking up the pathway to the door, Michiru spotted them and thought: Oh no what did Haruka do to Yaten? What kind of medical bills am I going to have to pay now? Michiru came sprinting down the stairs and landed face first into Yaten as the door opened. Haruka looked down at Michiru and then up at Yaten. Michiru looked up at Haruka as if petrified. "It's okay Michiru. No medical bills, Yaten just has a problem that he needs to sort out and I kinda... well this is gonna sound weird... but I asked him to come here and we could maybe help him," said Haruka. "Haruka are you serious? You asked him to come here? No you're just playing a joke on me, right?" asked a confused Michiru. "No, it's just Seiya I don't like. The other two lights are really nice, most of the time," whispered Haruka so Yaten couldn't hear her. Yaten and Haruka walked over to the couch while Michiru started to prepare lunch. "So what was that problem you needed to talk about," asked Haruka with a tinge of true concern. "Don't laugh, but Minako and I broke up," said Yaten sadly. "What's there to laugh about? That's not funny," said Haruka. "I thought that you hated me so why aren't you going to laugh or make jokes about it," said Yaten as if he was going to cry any minute. "Why would I hate you, I think you're really cute," said Haruka teasingly. "YOU WHAT," screamed Yaten surprised. "I think you're really cute," said Haruka calmly. "I don't get it. Wait I know I'm dreaming, right," said Yaten. "What you dream about me? I'm so flattered," said Haruka blushing furiously. "Well...," said Yaten wringing his hands,"Ithinkyou'rereallycutetoo." "Run that past me one more time," said Haruka straining her ear. "I...think you're really... cute too." "Are you for real?," said Haruka now acting like she just won a racing trophy. "Yeah," said Yaten,"Are you mad at me." "No I think that's nice and anyway you're sexy,"said Haruka. "I'm sexy... Wow!" said Yaten dreamily. "What would make you think you're not?"asked Haruka. "Well I really don't know," said Yaten. After that Haruka and Yaten talked and soon the conversation led them up the stairs, down the hall, and into the bedroom. "Would you like to lay down, or something?" asked Haruka blushing profusely. "Now that you mention it I do need some rest... so yeah I guess so," said Yaten also blushing. It went much further than just resting for Yaten. They enjoyed their time together, but soon the sun was coming up. They just laid there on the bed, under the shelter of the sheet, until Michiru walked in carrying breakfast not expecting what she was about to see. "Good morning Haru...." said Michiru dropping the tray she was carrying and breaking all the plates as she saw who was in the bed. "Oh my god," said Haruka nervously despite her calm attitude. "This isn't good," whispered Yaten to Haruka. "Just play along with me on this okay," whispered Haruka back," Michiru this is how much I want to be with Yaten." And with that Haruka bent over Yaten and kissed him which made Michiru pass out. "Alright Yaten, let's get dressed and finish this at your place," said Haruka lightly brushing Yaten's lips with her breasts as she got up. Yaten sat there lifelessly still staring at Haruka as she dressed. "What's wrong? I'm just giving you a taste of what you're going to get when we get to your place," said Haruka," and hurry up and get dressed before Michiru wakes up." "Oh,"said Yaten finally jerked out of his trance,"okay." The two got dressed, picked up Michiru, and placed her back in her room. They got in Haruka's car after they finished with Michiru. She drove to Yaten's place and they got out. "Hey sexy,"said Haruka. "What Haruka?"asked Yaten. "Oh nothing, but I thought you might want to take a look at the woman that's been following us since we left my house," said Haruka laughing. "Whoever is following me I'm not up for grabs, I've got a girlfriend," said Yaten as he gestured to Haruka standing beside him. "Fine, Yaten but you might want to have a little better taste in women than that tramp," screamed Minako as she huffed off. *~*~* "Hey I'm your girlfriend?"screamed Haruka just as loud as Minako had. "Yeah why wouldn't you be?" asked Yaten with a grin slowly spreading across his face. "But I thought this would be a one time thing," said Haruka still very confused. "I'm very serious about these things, Haruka," said Yaten his grin bigger than ever now. As they entered Yaten's living room Haruka stared at all his musical compositions. "Oh they're nothing really," said Yaten trying to be modest. "No they look really good," said Haruka politely. "Well this one was something I made just in case you ever noticed me," said Yaten his hand gripping a musical compostion. "Wow a duet for you and me! That's awsome!" said Haruka acting like a little schoolgirl. "Maybe after we get a few things done we can practice it," said Yaten smiling. "Alright," said Haruka calmly. "Let's go into my bedroom and get straight to business," said Yaten with an evil grin. The pair walked the few steps to Yaten's bedroom, closed the door, and started to undress each other. As soon as they were both naked they caressed each other in the daylight that was pouring through the curtains. Yaten decided to be mysterious and he dug deep under the covers. Haruka looked under and asked where he was going. Yaten didn't answer and soon after that Haruka felt a pinch on her brests and realized that Yaten had bitten her. "Hey, why did you do that?" asked Haruka sounding very surprised. "I was hungry," said Yaten simply. They had their fun and practiced their song. When Haruka realized what time it was she said she was so stupid to leave Michiru alone all this time, she gave Yaten a quick kiss, and left. 5 YEARS LATER After Haruka and Yaten's love blossmed and everyone had found out about their relationship, they planned their wedding. On the day of the wedding all of their friends and family had come all except Mina of course. Michiru was happy for them and so was everyone else. They were finally wed and happy. At the wedding reception Haruka and Yaten played their duet and Yaten knew that he had finally found his true love.
